Hey bendy people, I’m honestly wondering what is going on around here… And this is what came out when I sat to write about it. Even though I love to throw out truisms while I teach, like “we’re not just moving around on the mat, ya’ll,” and “reach up toward the gods in Warrior 1,” one day it hit me: this all could be bullshit. Major. Shocking, I know.
