Bad Poetry #2

I have no idea who wrote it. Or what the hell it means. I got it here. I like half of it.

Bad Flower Hat

Once in the way, charged bad flower hat fell on the grass in a
confused manner,

mumbling and caught to obscure scrap irons of the ferns between
the pages of the

Paper-covered book it offered, cabalistic program sentences on
the side edges,

and then together wedges the corners of the pages recklessly.
